Green-Oolong Tea, Back To Eden & Aloe Vera
Tea helps keep blood pressure down

CheeseNote: You can find those teas in almost any food store, or go to
your nearby Herb Shop to find a billion kinds of teas you have never heard
of (there you can buy them literally loose [and often "fresh"], rather than
in tea bag form). While there, pick up a cheap paperback copy of "Back To
Eden" by Jethro Kloss (try to get the updated version).
Back To Eden (referred to by some as the "bible" of western herbology)

Aloe vera may save lives on battlefield

Interesting article. Are they finally catching on....?
CheeseNote: Aloe Vera is easy to grow anywhere in the world even in just a
little pot in your window. With the proper care, it grows like
wildfire. Here's something you might like to try, which you've probably
never heard of. Instead of rubbing aloe vera on your face or burns or etc,
make yourself some tea, any kind (or try the green or oolong above), take
one or more of the "leaves" of an aloe vera plant (just pinch it off near
the base of the plant), squeeze the icky (hehe) inside fluid into the tea,
add a tad of honey, and enjoy. Hint: If aloe vera heals things on the
outside of your body, guess what it does when taken internally... (I've
been taking it internally for years, the only side affect is that you turn
green for 3 hours a day, lol, just kidding...)
