Under the "legitimate" guise of protecting us all from "bird flu" (which may or may not even exist - or, if it does, may or may not be the potential epi/pendemic they claim), there will be a legitimized increase in bag and belonging checks at European airports. If this occurs, it is only a matter of time before such increased checks are global, thus further intruding into privacy rights. This is one of those "under the radar" stories that is likely to have extremely broad ramifications. Peace.
