Wouldn't you love it if some Dem had the cojones to say: 
 
Look, we respect your right to believe what you want to believe. But you do  
NOT have the right to impose those beliefs and values on the rest of  us.

 
They  gave such a speech to Jimmy Smits this season on "West Wing". It should 
be  written on the foreheads of all politicians. 
 
But  then - how could the Jesus-types justify being missionaries, or having 
fought in  the Crusades?
 
Sigh...
