           ROETHKE






Linda Roethke (Costume Designer) has recently designed in Chicago include
Old Times, On The Verge(Court),Pirate's Lullaby (Goodman), Macbeth
(Next), and Romeo and Juliet (Shakespeare on the Green). Other work was
featured in an exhibition with As I Lay Dying (Steppenwolf Theatre).
National credits include A Flea In Her Ear, Cymbeline (Utah Shakespearean
Festival), Beholder (West Coast Playwrights), The Gin Game, Godspell
(Center Stage), and Appalachian Ebenezer (Arden Theatre). Linda recently
directed workshops in costume design and rendering in Malmo, Sweden at the
Svenska Teaterbiennalen. Recent shows of her studio art have included
Around the Coyote, the Louise Grayson Gallery, NNSA Invitational Exhibition
and Of, By, and About Women (Flat Iron Gallery). Linda is an assistant
professor of theater at Northwestern University.
