Heather MacRae Arrested

MIAMI, September 10 (AP) - Heather MacRae, the 23 year old daughter of Gordon and Sheila MacRae, was arrested here yesterday and charged with disorderly conduct.  Miss MacRae, who is a star of the road show of Hair, was arrested with seven other cast members in an incident the police said stemmed from a confrontation with plainclothes officers.  The police had been watching two narcotics suspects in a park where the group was gathered, the police said.
