The
first ad for Dude to appear. It was a big ad, over 1/2 page, in the Sunday
New York Times Arts & Leisure Section on July 16, 1972. The back shot
of Kevin Geer, who had originally been cast as Dude, but who had left the
show early on in rehearsals, was the logo used for all Dude ads through
the run of the show.
